Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026
Bird Bam Mahjong Club LLC ("Bird Bam," "we," "us") runs this website, birdbamclub.com. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Your email address, if you sign up for updates on our website.
- Information you send us when you call, text, or email, such as your name and the details of your question or event.
When you book, buy, or pay, you do so through other companies' services: Playbypoint (bookings and memberships), Etsy and Shopify (online shopping), and Gift Up! (gift certificates). They collect the information needed to complete your order under their own privacy policies.
How we use it
- To send you club news, event announcements, contests, and offers.
- To answer your questions and plan your bookings and events.
Email addresses from our website sign-up form are combined with the email addresses of players registered with us on Playbypoint to form our mailing list. We send our emails through Playbypoint and Brevo.
Unsubscribing
Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also ask us to remove you at any time by emailing info@birdbamclub.com.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the services that help us run the club, such as our email providers, and only so they can provide those services to us.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how people use our website and booking pages, such as which pages are visited and which buttons are clicked. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information like your general location, device, and browser, but not your name or email address. You can learn more, or opt out with Google's browser add-on, at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Other services on this site
Our website uses Google Fonts and links to services such as Playbypoint, Etsy, Shopify, Gift Up!, Google Maps, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. Our automatic table video is hosted by YouTube and loads only if you choose to play it. When you use these services, their own privacy policies apply.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what personal information we have about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. California residents have specific rights under California law. To make a request, email info@birdbamclub.com.
